Governor
Johnny Rye
made his
official
visit to our
club this
week. He
presented a
video
program from
Lions Clubs
International
entitled
“Move to
Grow”
encouraging
all clubs to
increase
their
membership
by inviting
young
people,
spouses and
female
prospective
members.
Remember
membership
in a Lions
Club is by
invitation
only.
Lion
District
Governor
Johnny
presented
Lion Charles
Hartwig a
Certificate
of
Appreciation
from Lions
Clubs
International,
a reward for
Lion Charles
work on the
Lions Peace
Poster
project and
service as
Public
Relations
Committee
chairman for
many years.
Next week is
our regular
business
meeting plus
we will have

of the
Westside
Peace Poster
contest.
