Next Monday night, March 5, at the Forest Home Church of the Nazarene, we will have two meetings. At 6:00 PM, the Past Presidents will meet to nominate new officers for 2012-13 and at 6:30 PM the Car Show Committee will meet. These are very important meetings so all committee members should attend.
We are still needing sponsors for our Car Show. Please make contact with prospective sponsors this week and report Monday night.
Lion Robert Bahn passed out several sheets of businesses or individuals in the downtown area that may be interested in joining our Lions Club. It was suggested each member take 4 or 5 names and contact the persons to visit our club as a guest with a possibility of becoming a Lion. 1968 was the last year to have a Lions Club meet in the downtown area.
