vacations. The substitute bulletin
editor failed to get an exact count.
Saturday, July 4, is our next Flag
day. The sign up sheet will be
passed around again at the awards
banquet. We still need someone to
pick up E. Highland route.
Installation of New Officers and
Awards Banquet will be Tuesday, June
30, at 6:30 PM at the Holiday Inn.
The club will pay for each member
and guest attending the banquet.
Let’s have a good turnout for our
banquet. District Governor John
Blackley will be the installing
officer. There will not be a
breakfast meeting on that day.
John Goodman with Nice-Pak was our
speaker on June 21. He showed a new
product they are about ready to ship
to CostCo for sell on the west
coast. Nice-Pak currently has 28
employees and will be starting a
second shift in late July. They
still plan on expanding to 300
Brad Baker and Lioness Mona will be
attending the 92nd Annual
Lions Clubs International Convention
on July 6-10 in Minneapolis, MN, as
a delegate from our club.
