Lion Mark Poe (#21)
was absent and Lion Bobby Wood (#35) was the winner
of the pot. Our attendance was 23 members plus 1 new
member present.
Welcome to our
newest member Lion Daniel Shimasaki sponsored by
Lion Albert Frankenberger. Lion Daniel was installed
by Lion Bill Dickens. Lion Daniel is employed with
the investment firm Morgan Stanley.
This being our
regular monthly business meeting, the Secretary read
the minutes of the July 12 Board of Directors
meeting and the Treasurer gave the financial report.
As of June 30, 2007, our bank balance was $8,458.22,
with the Operating fund having a balance of
$5,465.79 and the Activity Fund with $2,992.43.
The 2007-08 club
budget will be presented next Tuesday.
