Lion Brad Baker advises there will be a meeting Monday August 29 at 7:00 PM at Western Sizzlin for the Auction Committee. Tentative dates for the Auction are October 22 or December 10.

Lion Brad also advises there will be a Car Show Committee meeting on Tuesday, August 30 at 7:00 PM at Western Sizzlin.

Lion Gary Glisson reminds us that White Cane Day is Thursday & Friday September 22-23 at the Wal-Mart Store on Highland Drive. We need 100% club participation on those days.

This Saturday, August 27 at 8:00 AM we will have a work detail reassembling the flags onto their staffs at Mashburn’s RV Center. We have 152 flags to be mounted to their staffs. Our next two flag days are Monday September 5 and Monday September 12.

The Hot Springs Village Evening Lions Club has made an $825.00 donation to Dyeann’s house and we now have a new house parent, her name is Mrs. Doris Tarkington.
