encourage new members to join our Lions Club.
It was good to see Lion
Kevin Reed back in our den. Lion Kevin has had difficulties
making our breakfast meetings caused by an on line course he has
been taking each morning of our meetings.
Remember Monday, September 6th
is a flag day for Labor Day. As of Tuesday we still have not had
a volunteer to work East Nettleton Ave. #2 flag route. If you
can work that route call Lion Mark Poe.
Our next Board of Directors
meeting will be at Cracker Barrel Restaurant at 6:30 AM
September 9th . All club officers and directors need
to attend the clubs board meeting. This is where the actual
business of the club is conducted. All members are welcome.
Our District 7-0 is needing
a candidate for Vice District Governor Elect to be voted on at
the District 7-0 Convention in Jonesboro September 25th.
This person will serve as Vice District Governor 2005-06 and as

district in this capacity advise Lion District Governor Pat
Snodgrass.
