Our
Christmas Party was held at
Lazzari’s and was very enjoyable. .
1st VP Brad Baker chaired
the meeting. President Randy was
out of town. A good amount of food
was collected for the needy.
Brad tailtwisted, Don sang, Eric
pledged and Brad prayed.
We
had 10 members present and 11
guests.
Numerous numbers were drawn and
finally Lion Brad (#50) won the pot.
Lion Brad reported that the net
profit on the auction will be
between $8,500 and $9,000. We had
about 130 items and all operations
worked well.
Remember to get with Lion Bill
Dickens for your nut orders. Prices
are 1 bag for $8.00, 2 bags for
$15.00, and 3 bags for $22.00.
Tommy White is ready to distribute
money from the sale of Dyeann’s
House. We will discuss that at the
next board meeting.
The
board meeting is this Thursday
(12/10) at 6:30 AM at Ann’s. This
is a very important meeting and
everyone possible needs to attend.
Ron
Erwin’s mother is in the CCU unit at
St. Bernards. Keep her and the
family in your thoughts and prayers.
The
Leo Club will have a fundraiser at
Barns & Noble on the 16th,
17th & 18th.
Since Ann’s is closed between
Christmas and New Years, we will not
have a meeting on December 29.
